Years 2 to 5 Enjoy Interactive Live Performance by Staffordshire Sounds

On Monday 3rd March, children in Years 2 to 5 experienced an exciting interactive live performance by the group "Staffordshire Sounds." The children were delighted to spot a familiar face in the band—Mrs. Kimber—as they sang along to the lively performance.
Throughout the morning, the children were introduced to a variety of instruments, and a lucky few even got to participate in mini orchestras. The session began with children playing the P Buzz, followed by samba instruments accompanying The Little Mermaid, recorders for Moana's "How Far I'll Go," and ukuleles for "I've Got a Feeling." The feel-good atmosphere of the music inspired many impromptu dancers among both children and staff members.
If your child is interested in having private lessons to learn an instrument in school, please get in touch with the office. We are currently offering places for woodwind, keyboard, and guitar, with the potential to start a brass group depending on interest.
